We have not stopped the peace negotiation with Ukraine, but it is
being held remotely, said the Russian Chief Negotiator, Vladimir Medinsky.
He gave his comments on this auspicious victory day parade, which
was started in Moscow with troops and heavy weapons.
While speaking in his victory speech, Russian President Vladimir
Putin said that "Implementing a special military operation in Ukraine was
a wise decision."

said, "In the near future, there will be two Victory Days celebrated in
Ukraine." He further added, "We won in the past, and now we will win
this war too."
The trade market is paying less attention to the Victory Day event
in Russia and to Putin’s speech, as risky times continue to play out amid
global growth worries.
